Here's our recommended step-by-step guide on how to start your tr journey
STEP 1: INITIATION
A) Download your 'Initiation Form' by clicking button below. Fill out online & email it back to us:
B) Get in touch with TR to book in for your 60 minute 1:1 initiation session. This includes:
- Postural Photos
- Gait & Movement Analysis (walking/running)
- Introduction to 'Fascial Freedom'
- Breathing Mechanics
- TR Starter Pack (PDF)
STEP 2: PRIVATE OR SEMI PRIVATE SESSIONS
We highly recommend a minimum of one-month 45min sessions 2 x week before delving into our any of our classes. Our training style & approach involves many layers that must be completed to achieve the sustainable results you're after. There is loads to learn & re-learn, which takes focus and dedication. Are you ready to change?
STEP 3: ADVANCE YOUR JOURNEY WITH CLASSES
A) Once you have built a strong foundation & learnt to re-connect your brain & body with our private training, your next step is to join our Customised Group Training Classes (CGT). This class offers great support with a fun community spirit while allowing you to follow your very own specific program. Limited to 6 participants only.
B) We see our group training classes as the ultimate training and performance goal, meaning we want everyone to be able to complete our classes safely, effectively and know how to complete each exercise correctly. One visit to these classes and you'll see how different we are from everyone else in the industry. From the dynamic/athletic experience right through to Corrective Core - there's something for everybody.
