CUSTOMISED GROUP TRAINING
Love the fun group experience but want your own program?
Then this small group class is for you. Get ready to take your human movement & performance to the next level with our Customised Group Training (CGT). These classes are limited to six participants only & run twice daily, three days per week, allowing variations within your customised program. Each class is 45min and involves 24 interval periods which allows everyone to start & finish together creating a fun group training experience.
PLEASE NOTE: Before joining this class you MUST book in for a minimum of 4 Private Training Sessions to establish your foundational skill set & to learn your exercises that will be in your program.
