Our 1 minute of movement came about from posting video tutorials on Instagram.

Seeing there is only 1 min available for people to upload videos, we decided to squeeze as much info as we could into 1min.. thus the 1MOM was born. Please note that this does not replace our thorough education of each exercise. Please book in for a complete explanation. Enjoy!
